How can I order?

The easiest way to submit an order is by uploading your document and complete payment via our secure online ordering system.

We use PayPal which is the internet’s most widely used payment gateway and is secure. PayPal accepts all debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard etc.) and does not require registration.

Alternatively, we are able to receive payments via Google Checkout. Please make a note on the order form if you would like to use Google Checkout instead of PayPal and we shall invoice you via email.

If you have any questions regarding the ordering process (it’s very easy!), please contact us and we will be happy to help.

When will I get my document(s) back and how much does it cost?

Our turnaround times and prices are:

proofreading times

We pride ourselves on our reliability for meeting deadline turnaround times. We are very aware that it is crucially important for our clients to receive their documents back on time.

Unlike many other proofreading services we do not charge additional fees for a 24 hour service.

Are you open on weekends?

Yes! We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Rest assured that regardless of what time you submit your order we will return your document to you completed within our guaranteed turnaround deadline times.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee? What if I am not happy?

What qualifications and experience do your proofreaders and editors have?

Our editors are very experienced professionals with advanced degrees from leading Australian, American and British universities.

Across our team we have experience in a wide range of academic and professional disciplines. We will always assign any documents submitted for proofreading and editing to an editor with the most relevant experience to your subject.

Many of our editors are members of professional bodies such as the Society for Proofreaders and Editors (SfEP) and the Council of Science Editors.

Will my documents be kept securely and confidentially?

Absolutely! We take privacy extremely seriously. Your writing will be kept in strict confidentiality.

Only the client services manager and the editor assigned to your document will see it. Once your order is completed, we will delete our copies of the document.

What file formats can I submit my work in?

We accept Microsoft Word files (.doc / .docx), text (.txt) or rich text format (.rtf). We are also able to convert PDF files to MS Word for editing, however, PDF conversions can cause some loss of formatting in some instances. If you are using OpenOffice, it is very easy for you to save your document as a compatible file, simply select: Save as >Document file type: > doc / docx / txt / rtf.

Do you offer custom essay writing services?

No, we do not.
